Through the tactility of monoprint and Tetra Pak’s, Eleni explores the visceral human experience associated with their surroundings. Having been born and grown up in the same house she now resides, her art touches on the emotional labour of being a young adult living at home. By layering the rich, symbolic Tetra Paks over more emotive etchings, it evokes the juxtaposing feelings of nostalgia as well as unrest.
