Natalia Mustafá
Natalia Mustafá is a multidisciplinary artist working in film photography, printmaking, sculpture, and installation. Her practice explores contemporary perspectives on the tactile, color, sound, and scale, often reflecting on the complex relationship between the body and the machine. With a particular focus on binaries, language, and materiality, Natalia seeks to uncover new notions of time and space shaped by the overwhelming presence of technology in a post-internet context.
A recent graduate of the Royal College of Art with an MA in Print, Natalia was awarded the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair Prize in 2024 for the work exhibited at her degree show. Her artwork has been featured in The Handbag Factory Gallery, Safehouse 1, and Southwark Park Galleries in London (2024). She has also exhibited at Galería Casas Riegner and Galería Lamazone in Bogotá (2022).
Before fully transitioning to the arts, Natalia spent seven years as a freelance professional working in photography, illustration, graphic and editorial design, and jewelry design. This diverse background informs her artistic practice, enriching her exploration of materials and forms.
Natalia’s work invites viewers to engage deeply with the evolving intersections of technology, the human experience, and the physical world.
